Im in Clarksville Tn (nashville area) we have it...just switched to ftth from att dsl..most times i have about 11mbs upload and download...in evening can really drop during busy times to as low as 2.5...4 and 6 from a steady 10-11. I call continuously ...they say they are still working on a new system it will get better ...meanwhile my peak hours i use the net are really bad times....i would thing the peak times wouldnt effect ftth but apparently here it does...sigh
